Samantha with Sugar Six Photography was an amazing photographer! We couldn't have picked a better woman to capture our wedding day. She has a really fun, bubbly personality and we had such a blast with her all day. She made taking photos fun despite our worries of being awkward. It wasn't awkward at all! Taking the smallest thing and turning it into a beautiful backdrop or scenery or prop...absolutely amazing. She will go to whatever length to get the "shot" and makes you feel so comfortable. We would have loved for her to join us for the after wedding party. :) She really captured the love between my husband and myself perfectly. There are a few pictures that just say "I Love You" by the look in his eyes or mine. I'm not great at writing reviews, so I apologize..all I can say is you will absolutely NOT regret choosing Sugar Six Photography, as your wedding photographer. We are a very satisfied Bride & Groom!

We could not be happier with our choice for wedding photographer. We stretched the budget and honestly almost went with someone cheaper but Samantha really won us over once we met her. She's so easy to get along with and her photos were stunning so we took a leap of faith. I can truly say I haven't regretted it for a second. Not only was Samantha completely professional but she was so much fun! My husband and I are not very photogenic and feel awkward in front of the camera so I was worried we wouldn't look as good as her beautiful clients on her website. Boy was I worrying for nothing! Our wedding photos look like something right out of a magazine. I can truly say I didn't feel awkward for one minute in front of her camera and she even captured moments I didn't even realize had happened. She seemed to be everywhere at once. Samantha is worth every penny! If you are considering Sugar Six please don't hesitate. Everything was professional throughout the process and our images are perfectly us!

Samantha and her team have done a couple shoots for myself and my family since we moved to Anchorage. She is by far the MOST professional and creative photographer I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Not only did she provide us with some amazing memories, but had last minute saved my wedding. Three days prior to my wedding we ran into problems. Sure enough she made herself available and with an assistant. Due to her experience in the area I didn't need to go over details that would have been discussed with my other photographer. She knew my venues and the lighting challenges that came with the sunset and panoramic windows. Without a doubt, she was able to complete what had been an insane process but one I will treasure forever. Furthermore, she took the time and edited every single image she shot from early morning to the end of the reception. After everything was said and done we were stunned to find out her photos of our wedding were the cover of the last edition of Alaska Bride and Groom (weddings of note). We couldn't be more grateful & pleased with Samantha!
